You will receive an invoice for payment as per your booking form within 3 days. The invoice is only valid for 5 days, after which it will be subject to availability and re issued accordingly.
Should you opt for the deposit option, the balance payment will be due no later than 10 days before Retreat start date.
Cancellations made within 9 days of the retreat are not be eligible for a refund, however, we will provide one opportunity to postpone given a valid reason.
Cancellations made within 30 days of booking the retreat are eligible for a refund or one opportunity to postpone to a further date only.
Participants must complete an Indemnity Form before attending the retreat.
